BIO LAVENDER SPICA ESSENTIAL OIL 10 ML PHYSALIS (Lavandula spica)

Lavender aspic contains camphor and eucalyptol, giving it a fragrance somewhere between lavender and rosemary. It's used in massages to relax muscles and in inhalation to soothe the respiratory tract. It's a good insect repellent, especially against flies.
Use
Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops twice daily. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in a herbal infusion. Dermal administration: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room. Inhalation through the respiratory tract.| Eucalyptus radiata AE | 3 drops |
