Returns policy

Return and Refund Policy

At AndaVida, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and undamaged.
  • It must retain its original packaging, seal, and intact labels.
  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, returns of food supplements, vitamins, infusions, or essential oils that have been opened or used are not accepted, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us beforehand by email at info@andavida.es, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipments without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once the return is approved, we will send you shipping instructions. The return address is:

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), AndaVida will cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid shipping label. In any other case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@andavida.es with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue with the utmost care.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days — EU)

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without needing to state a reason. This right does not apply to sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that your bank or issuing entity may take additional days to reflect the charge.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us at info@andavida.es.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new, separate order once the return is approved.
