We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that there is a 4-7 day production period before your order is shipped. The average shipping time is 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers are updated 3 to 5 days after your order has shipped. If you still don't receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at avidaespaña@gmail.com. .

I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What happens if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return your item to us for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase price. Always include your name and order number on the returned package.
Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait until it arrives and then send it back before receiving a refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you entered your address incorrectly or it was auto-filled, please reply to the order confirmation email and notify us. Please check the address carefully and contact us as soon as possible at avidaespaña@gmail.com.
If the address provided is incorrect, we can correct it within the first 24 hours. No refunds will be issued if more than 24 hours have passed since you entered the incorrect address.
