I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that there is a production period of 4 to 7 days before your order is shipped. The average shipping time is 15 to 21 days.
Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you still don't receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at info@andavida.es .

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Once the product is received, we will refund the full purchase amount. Always include your name and order number in the returned package.
Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait until it arrives and then send it back before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at no extra cost! Cancellation must be made before the order is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy return process for a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you incorrectly typed your address or it was auto-filled with an error, reply to the order confirmation email and notify us. Carefully check the address and contact us as soon as possible at info@andavida.es
If the provided address is incorrect, we can modify it within the first 24 hours. No refunds will be issued if more than 24 hours have passed since you entered the incorrect address.
