VITALITY/ENERGY/RESPIRATORY TRACT/DIGESTION The main components of peppermint oil are menthol and menthone. It soothes the respiratory tract, stimulates digestion, and relieves feelings of stomach bloating. Menthone contributes to the revitalizing effect of peppermint.
Use:
- Oral administration: 1 drop 1 to 2 times daily. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.
