RESPIRATORY TRACT/SKIN CARE
Niaouli is rich in 1,8-cineole. It frees breathing and maintains stamina.Use:
- Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.
