Use :

• Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
• Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
• Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.

Dilute in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of skin-caring vegetable oil (apricot kernel oil, argan oil, etc.). Apply by massaging gently into the face and neck.
