Borage (Borrago officinalis)

Borage contains abundant mineral salts, especially potassium nitrate, calcium and silica salts, mucilages and flavonoids.

• -It is purifying, due to its sudorific action (it makes you sweat).
• -It is diuretic (for gout, nephritis and arthritis).
• -The oil in the seeds is rich in linolenic acid (polyunsaturated fatty acid), which reduces cholesterol.
• -Helps regulate the hormonal system and normalizes dysmenorrhea.
• -It is anti-inflammatory in the urinary tract.
• -Natural vitamin E is added as an antioxidant to prevent oxidation.
• -Expectorant (for cases of bronchitis, flu and colds), and decongestant.

Composition (3 pearls):

• Borage oil 1500mg
• GLA gamma-linolenic acid 300mg

Instructions for use:

Take 2 to 3 Borage pearls a day, divided between meals.
