PROPERTIES: L-carnitine, known as the "fat-burning molecule," is actively involved in fat metabolism. It reduces blood triglyceride and cholesterol levels. It helps combat cellulite and other fatty deposits. For athletic performance, carnitine has been shown to increase endurance, help burn fat more quickly, and prevent the loss of muscle mass. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take 500mg to 1.5g daily half an hour before engaging in any activity. In cases of low serum carnitine levels or chronic fatigue, increase to 3g daily.
