5HTP is an amino acid precursor to serotonin, manufactured by the body from tryptophan. It increases the release of serotonin ("the feel-good hormone") and is therefore used as an antidepressant, appetite suppressant, and sleep regulator, improving sleep quality. Vitamin B6 acts as an enzyme cofactor. It has been shown to improve attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). It is also successfully used in cases of primary fibromyalgia, chronic headaches, depression, anxiety, and compulsive eating (bulimia, etc.). Biotin directly influences the proper functioning of the nervous system and the production of energy through glucose, making it a very important substance for maintaining normal blood sugar levels. Preparations with more 5-HTP than these capsules contain are not recommended because they may have potential side effects such as stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting.

Ingredients:

Instructions for use:

Take 3 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
