First cold-pressed evening primrose oil 335 mg (Omega 6-GLA), fish oil 335 mg (Omega 3-EPA), first cold-pressed olive oil 335 mg (Omega 9 oleic acid) and 2.5 mg of natural vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol acetate 25% RDI). Gelatin and glycerin softgel.
