Star anise is rich in anethole. It promotes digestion and lightens the feeling of heaviness in the stomach. It is often part of compositions used to soothe the respiratory tract.DIGESTION/RESPIRATORY TRACT
Use:
- Oral route: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to preference or the room's square footage.
