ORGANIC LEMON EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL 10ML PHYSALIS
Eucalyptus citriodora, also known as lemon eucalyptus, relaxes and calms. It is used in relaxing massage after sports exertion. Its citronella aromas repel mosquitoes and other insects.- Origin: Vietnam / Madagascar

How to use:
JOINTS/MUSCLES/INSECTS
- Oral route: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
- Lemon Eucalyptus EO 1 drop
- True Lavender EO 1 drop
- Ravensara EO 2 drops
Dilute these oils in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil of your choice. Gently massage the nape of the neck and neck
