Ginger stimulates appetite, re-energizes, and provides vitality. Ginger oil has a warming effect and loosens muscles after a massage.Usage:
- Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical use: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
