Spike lavender contains camphor and eucalyptol, which gives its fragrance notes of both lavender and rosemary. It can be used in massage to relax muscles and in inhalation to soothe the respiratory tract. It is a good insect repellent, especially for flies.
Use
Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in a herbal infusion.Topical: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.Inhalation for respiratory tract| Eucalyptus radiata EO | 3 drops |
