RELAXATION/STRESS/SLEEP/SKIN CARE/INSECTSTrue lavender oil is one of the most widely used essential oils, undoubtedly due to its particularly pleasant aroma. It has relaxing properties and soothes insect bites.

Usage:

• Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in 1 infusion.
• Topical: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
• Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room. For diffusion, choose Lavandin, which has an equally pleasant aroma and is more economical.

Oil for insect bites

True Lavender EO	5 drops
Geranium EO	5 drops
Peppermint EO	5 drops
Matricaria Chamomile EO	3 drops

Dilute in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil of your choice. Apply directly to the bites.
