ORGANIC LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL 10 ML PHYSALIS
(Citrus Limon)- Origin: Italy/Spain
- Part of the plant: fruit peel
- Extraction: cold-pressed
- Chemotyp: limonene, pinene, terpinene
Lemon oil is energizing and promotes concentration. The vapors of lemon oil disinfect the environment and keep the mind alert.
Use:
- Oral route: 1 or 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.

Dilute in 10 ml
