DIGESTION/RELAX/STRESS/SLEEP
Marjoram brings calm and balance and promotes good humor. It stimulates digestion and reduces the sensation of gastric inflammation.Use:
- Oral route: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
