RESPIRATORY TRACT/CIRCULATION
Myrtle soothes the respiratory tract and eases breathing. In massage oil, it soothes muscle aches and pains.Usage:
- Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to preference or room size.
