RELAXATION/STRESS/SLEEP/DETOX/PURIFY/DIGESTIONLike most citrus oils, orange oil has a positive influence on mood and promotes sleep. Children especially like its scent. Diffusing orange oil refreshes and purifies the atmosphere. Its soft aromas also stimulate appetite.
Use:
- Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to preference or room size.
