RESPIRATORY TRACT/SKIN CARE
Niaouli is rich in 1,8-cineole. It clears breathing and maintains resistance.Use:
- Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical use: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
