VITALITY/RESISTANCE
Oregano has immunizing properties and a positive effect on energy.Use:
- Oral use: 1 to 2 drops 2 times a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical use: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
