VITALITY / ENERGY / JOINTS / RESPIRATORY TRACTRosemary stimulates memory and promotes concentration. When massaged (diluted in an oil of your choice), it improves circulation and relaxes and soothes overworked muscles.
Usage:
- Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.
