Physalis's Rosemary ct. Camphor essential oil, with the botanical name Rosmarinus officinalis ct. camphor, is a 100% natural and biochemically defined product, obtained from the distillation of the aerial parts of the rosemary plant, originating from Spain. This essential oil has a specific chemical profile, highlighting compounds such as camphor, α-pinene, and 1,8-cineole.

Rosemary ct. camphor is well known for its stimulating properties. When used in massages, it is especially effective in helping to relax stiff and tired muscles, making it an excellent choice for after exercise or in situations of muscle tension. In addition, this oil is useful for relieving leg heaviness, providing a feeling of freshness and lightness.

Instructions for use

• Oral: 1 to 2 drops, 2 times a day. Take diluted in a little honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
• Topical/Cutaneous: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Naturally contains d-limonene, linalool, citral, citronellol, eugenol, geraniol.
• Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
