Directions for use:

• Oral route: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
• Topical route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
• Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
