How to use:

Oral route: 1 to 2 drops twice a day.

Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion

Dermal route: massage, bath with 5 to 10 drops per 10ml of vegetable oil

Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or room size

Mouthwash:

Thyme linalool EO ... 2 drops

Thyme thymol EO ... 1 drop

Eucalyptus globulus EO ... 1 drop

Mix well in a glass of warm water and rinse mouth 1 to 2 times a day
