ORGANIC THYME THYMOL ESSENTIAL OIL 10 ML PHYSALIS

Red thyme promotes digestion and healthy intestinal function. The main components of red thyme, thymol and carvacrol, have purifying properties. One drop mixed in a spoonful of honey has a soothing effect on the throat.
Use:
- Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
