Organic Citronella EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL 10ML PHYSALIS

Eucalyptus citriodora, also known as blue eucalyptus or citron eucalyptus, is relaxing and calming. It is used in relaxing massages after sports. Its lemon aroma repels mosquitoes and other insects.

Ways of use:

JOINTS/MUSCLES/INSECTS

• Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
• Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
• Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.

Recommended application: For a cervical massage with a mixture of essential oils

• Citronate Eucalyptus AE 1 drop
• True Lavender AE 1 drop
• Ravensara AE 2 drops

Dilute these oils in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil of your choice. Gently massage into the nape of the neck and neck.
