ORANGE ESSENTIAL OIL BIO 10 ML PHYSALIS

RELAXATION/STRESS/SLEEP/DETOX/PURIFY/DIGESTION Like most citrus oils, orange oil has a positive influence on mood and promotes sleep. Children especially appreciate its scent. Diffusing orange oil refreshes and purifies the environment. Its gentle aroma also stimulates the appetite.
Use:
- Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.
