RESPIRATORY TRACT/SKIN CARE/ENERGY/VITALITY Ravensara oil strengthens resistance, soothes the respiratory tract, provides energy and restores mental balance.
Use:
- Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.
