Instructions for use:

Oral route: 1 to 2 drops 2 times a day.

Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion

Cutaneous route: massage, bath of 5 to 10 drops per 10ml of vegetable oil

Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size

Oral Water:

Thyme linalool AE ... 2 drops

Thyme thymol AE ... 1 drop

Eucalyptus globulus AE...1 drop

Mix well in a glass of warm water and rinse your mouth 1 to 2 times a day.
