Instructions for use:

Sweet almond oil can be used as a massage oil or in facial and body cosmetics. It is ideal as a base for blending with essential oils. Almond oil is also used as a makeup remover.

Physalis Recipe : To make a special baby massage oil , mix 10ml of sweet almond oil with 2 drops of green mandarin oil and 1 drop of Physalis true lavender oil. If you'd like to make more, double the recommended amount until you get the right amount.
