Solgar Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin from the B group (B7). It acts as a coenzyme and, like other B vitamins, contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. The body cannot synthesize or store biotin, so it is obtained through diet; foods such as organ meats, eggs, avocado, and fish are sources of biotin.

Ingredients:

D-biotin. Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate; Cellulose gum.

Does not contain: Gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugars, salt, preservatives, sweeteners, flavorings, or artificial colors.
