Multi-fiber formula (derived from powdered soluble fibers: Oat Bran (contains gluten), Apple Pectin, Grapefruit Pectin; powdered insoluble fibers: Flaxseed Flour, Psyllium Seed Husks. Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Instructions for use

For adults, take two to six capsules daily with a glass of water, distributed throughout the day, preferably between meals or as directed by your specialist. The expressly recommended daily dose for this product should not be exceeded.
