Presentation and composition

Tablets: 100 tablets of 500 mg, containing 500 mg of Fucus vesiculosus, with a minimum of 0.05% iodine and excipients.

Properties:

Fucus is a brown seaweed rich in mucilage and minerals, such as sodium salts, potassium, and magnesium; trace elements, particularly iodine (0.1%), and also cobalt, zinc, nickel, chromium, silicon, etc. Finally, it is a good source of nitrogenous matter and vitamins A, B1, C, and D. It is attributed with slimming properties due to its high iodine content, which stimulates metabolism through the thyroid; and due to its mucilage content, which, in contact with stomach and intestinal fluids, forms a viscous and very voluminous gel that increases stool volume, promoting peristalsis, exerting a satiating effect, and hindering the absorption of sugars and fats.

Instructions for use

Tablets: Take 2-3 tablets three times a day, between meals.

Warnings:

Not recommended for hyperthyroidism, esophageal or intestinal obstruction, and unexplained abdominal pain. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to its high iodine content.
