YEAST AND GERM 125 TABLETS 600 MG SOTYA

Presentation and composition:

125 tablets of 600mg, with 325mg of brewer's yeast and 175mg of wheat germ, 100mg of microcrystalline cellulose.

Properties:

Tablets with very high nutritional value. Brewer's yeast is rich in high biological value proteins (50%), carbohydrates (35%), minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, selenium, and calcium (10%), and B vitamins, particularly B1 (thiamin).

Brewer's yeast, in addition to being nutritious, is detoxifying and purifying, which is why it is recommended for cases of acne and for cleansing cures. Wheat germ is rich in proteins, fats, amino acids, minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and fluoride) and vitamins (A, E, B1, B2, B3, B6). Of all foods, wheat germ offers the highest amount of vitamin E (0.6g vit E/100g germ oil). Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects our body from cellular oxidation and premature aging. After brewer's yeast, it is the food that contains the most folic acid.

Instructions for use:

4-5 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
