Presentation and composition:

90 1g tablets with 80mg of vitamin C (100% RDA), 130mg of rose hips with 70% vitamin C, 65mg of acerola (with 15% vitamin C), 500mg of fructooligosaccharides, 245mg microcrystalline cellulose and 10mg of magnesium stearate.

Properties:

The rosehip fruit is rich in organic acids, flavonoids, carotenes (provitamin A) and, especially, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) around 3%, as is acerola, which is extremely rich in vitamin C. This vitamin participates in the synthesis of collagen, protects against free radicals (preventing premature aging and cardiovascular diseases), intervenes in the synthesis of antibodies (therefore essential in the treatment of flu processes), facilitates the absorption of other vitamins, prevents degenerative diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's.

Instructions for use:

1 tablet daily. The recommended daily dose for people 15 years and older is 60 mg, rising to 100 mg for smokers, city dwellers, those using contraceptives, postoperative patients, etc.

Warnings:
