Composition of Chitosan capsules

335 mg of chitosan and 7 mg of vitamin C, fructooligosaccharides, and microcrystalline cellulose. Gelatin capsule (100 mg).

Directions for use

Take 2 to 4 capsules half an hour before each meal with a large glass of water.
