Ingredients

Lecithin is a complex mixture of phospholipids and triglycerides obtained by washing vegetable oils with water. The most common phospholipids in this mixture are phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine.

Instructions for use

Granulated: Take 1-3 tablespoons once or twice a day, alone or added to food.
730mg Softgels: Take 2-3 softgels, two or three times a day, with meals.
