Tablets: each tablet contains 500mg of brewer's yeast. Flakes: debittered brewer's yeast flakes.

Description

Brewer's yeast is the byproduct resulting from the fermentation of beer by the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. To obtain debittered yeast, the yeast resulting from beer production is purified, removing waxes and other non-nutritive components. It is a source of protein (50%), carbohydrates (35%), minerals (10%, including potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, selenium, calcium, and manganese) and B vitamins, particularly B1 (thiamine).

Presentation

Tablets: packages of 600 tablets of 500mg.

Instructions for use

Take 4-5 tablets daily, between meals, or 2-3 tablespoons dissolved in juice or other liquid.
