Presentation and composition:

550 tablets of 600mg, with 325mg of brewer's yeast and 175mg of wheat germ, 100mg of microcrystalline cellulose.

Nutritional information:

Brewer's yeast is rich in proteins (50%), carbohydrates (35%), minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, selenium and calcium (10%) and B complex vitamins, particularly B1 (thiamine). Wheat germ is rich in proteins, fats, amino acids, minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and fluorine) and vitamins (A, E, B1, B2, B3, B6). Among foods, wheat germ is one of the foods with comparatively the most vitamin E (0.6g vit E/100g of germ oil), and it is also, after brewer's yeast, one of the foods with the most folic acid.

How to use:

4-5 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
