Instructions for use:

Use pure or diluted in water/fruit juice in the morning and at midday with meals. For a 50-day course (10 ml daily, equivalent to 1 g of pure royal jelly) or a 25-day course (20 ml daily, equivalent to 2 g of pure royal jelly).
