Ingredients

bulking agent: gum arabic, shilajit powder (35.1%), anti-caking agents: calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, glazing agent: fatty acids, gelling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, emulsifier: glycerol.

Directions for use

1 to 2 tablets daily. Take during meals with a little water.
