Presentation and composition:

90 tablets of 1g with 80mg of vitamin C (100% RDA), 130mg of rosehip with 70% vitamin C, 65mg of acerola (with 15% vitamin C), 500mg of fructooligosaccharides, 245mg microcrystalline cellulose and 10mg of magnesium stearate.

Description:

Rosehip fruit is rich in organic acids, flavonoids, carotenes (provitamin A) and ascorbic acid (vitamin C), in an approximate proportion of 3%, as is acerola, which is also rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C participates in collagen synthesis, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and promotes iron absorption.

Instructions for use:

1 tablet daily. The recommended daily dose for people over 15 years of age is 60mg, and can be increased up to 100mg in certain circumstances (consult a healthcare professional).

Warnings:

According to the National Academy of Sciences, the dose of 2000mg per day should not be exceeded as it can cause gastrointestinal discomfort.
