Instructions for use:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag. Let it steep for 7-9 minutes - or longer for a more intense flavor. Add milk and sweeten to taste. To best enhance the turmeric, it is recommended to prepare it as "Golden Milk": simply boil the tea bag in milk (100 °C), for safe consumption let it rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
