YOGI TEA® Classic is the infusion Yogi Bhajan originally served to his yoga students. The unique blend combines traditional Ayurvedic spices: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, and black pepper. Comforting, relaxing, delicious, spicy, and wonderful. Best enjoyed in the Indian tradition, sweetened and with a little milk, animal or plant-based. Ingredients:

Cinnamon*, cardamom*, ginger*, cloves*, black pepper** organic agriculture

Preparation:

Add 1-1.5 teaspoons (1.4-2g) to one liter of boiled water and simmer for 15-20 min. Strain! Add hot milk and sweetener if desired.
