Use:

• Topical: Massage: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

• Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops depending on your preference or room size.

External use: Naturally contains eugenol, d-limonene, linalool.

• Peppermint EO 1 drop

Dilute in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil of your choice. Apply to the abdomen, gently massaging clockwise.
