Use:

• Cutaneous route: Massage: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

• Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops depending on your preference or the square footage of the room.

External use: Naturally contains eugenol, d-limonene, linalool.

Digestion massage oil

• Basil AE 1 drop
• True Lavender AE 2 drops
• Peppermint AE 1 drop

Dilute in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of your choice of vegetable oil. Apply to the abdomen, massaging gently in a clockwise direction.
