RELAX/STRESS/SLEEPThe pleasant aromas of bergamot are both relaxing and invigorating. In the bath, at night to relax and promote restful sleep. During the day, its invigorating scent keeps the mind alert and balanced.
Usage
- Topical use: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
