RELAXATION/STRESS/SLEEP The pleasant aromas of bergamot are both relaxing and energizing. In the bath, or at night, it helps to relax and promote restful sleep. During the day, its invigorating fragrance keeps the mind alert and balanced.
Use
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.

- External use
- It naturally contains geraniol, linalool, d-limonene, coumarin.
