VITALITY/ENERGY/JOINTS/MUSCLEClove oil provides energy, promotes mental clarity and improves concentration. Clove also has a powerful purifying action. When massaged, it warms muscles and joints.
Use:
- Oral route: 1 or 2 drops once a day. Take in 1 tablespoon of honey or an infusion.
- Topical route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
